Job summary

Daksta is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects, ideally in the data center sector. The role requires a strong electrical trade background and progression from hands-on roles to field leadership.

You will lead field teams, coordinate complex installations, ensure schedules, safety, and high-quality work, and collaborate with various stakeholders. A full compensation package and relocation support are included.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical Project Manager for an electrical contractor.
• Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on background as Electrician, Foreman, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage crews, materials, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical construction activities and installation progress.
• Lead Electrical Foremen, electricians, and field crews.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and installation quality.
• Resolve field issues and minimize project delays.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Communicate project progress and field requirements to management.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Promote jobsite safety and develop field personnel.
