This role emphasizes leadership across teams, audits, and financial forecasting, with travel as needed. A background in electrical work and PM experience are essential; college education is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience required.
• Electrical experience is strictly required.
• College education preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, grow, oversee, and direct high-volume commercial electrical accounts.
• Manage project scheduling, billing, and logistical support.
• Review customer specifications, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Create bid sheets, contractual proposals, and project budgets.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and overall project progress.
• Provide weekly and monthly financial forecasting and revenue projection reports.
• Oversee daily operational tasks including interviewing, hiring, and payroll approval.
• Build rapport and maintain day-to-day communication with clients and stakeholders.
