Job summary

Actalent seeks an Electrical Project Manager – Critical Power to lead mission‑critical construction projects (UPS, switchgear, PDUs, generators). You will drive the full lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring reliable power delivery for data centers, hospitals, and logistics hubs.

You will manage safety, schedule, cost, and vendor relations while coordinating internal teams and client communications. This onsite role offers a hybrid culture and a path to direct employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as an electrical project manager.
• Strong experience with electrical systems, emphasis on low‑voltage & critical power.
• Experience managing UPS, switchgear, PDUs, backup generators, and transfer switches.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for critical power projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee electrical construction activities including UPS, switchgear, PDUs, and generators.
• Maintain accountability for safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance.
• Manage budget forecasting, cost control, and project billings.
• Write scopes of work and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships to ensure quality.
• QA/QC reviews of design documents and field implementation to meet specs.
