Jobot is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects in Indiana. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution while coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure safe, on‑time, and within‑budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven project management skills, expertise in budgeting, and knowledge of NEC/OSHA standards. A technical degree or relevant certification is preferred and growth opportunities are strong.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices, combined with proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, costs, and field operations. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can effectively coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Details

• Experience in electrical contracting, electrical construction, project coordination, or project management.
• Strong foundational knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, and safe electrical work practices.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of electrical design and electrical engineering principles.
• Demonstrated experience with construction budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or multi-trade construction projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and applicable local electrical codes and safety regulations is preferred.
• Technical degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or a related field is preferred.
