We are seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and organize projects under the guidance of senior management.
2. Supervise project activities, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
3. Establish initial client contact, assess scope, schedule, and resources.
4. Prepare detailed project estimates and review plans and specifications.
5. Set project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
6. Supervise change order preparations and negotiations.
7. Monitor construction activities for schedule and budget compliance.
8. Address serious issues and implement corrective measures.
9. Manage financial aspects including billing and expenses.
10. Represent the company in project meetings.

Qualifications

1. Professional demeanor and appearance.
2. Strong performance management skills.
3. Knowledge of safety protocols.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Accubid and Oracle preferred.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Effective communication skills.

Additional Details

• Travel up to 25%.
