Job summary

RealREPP seeks a Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in California. You will manage design, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site execution, coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure clear expectations and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities include monitoring milestones and costs, generating reports, negotiating change orders, and steering cost controls and monthly billing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of commercial electrical project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, costs, and teams effectively.
  • Skilled in budgeting, change order management, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and safety/quality standards.

  • Proficient in project management tools and familiar with industry safety and quality standards.
