Job summary

Southland Industries in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small projects or portions of larger ones. You will develop client relationships, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to keep schedules and milestones on track.

The role requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent experience, plus five years’ experience and proven team leadership. Strong negotiation, communication, and financial acumen are essential, as is experience with subcontractors and

• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Proven ability to manage small teams.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel.
