Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Project Manager I, a mid-level professional responsible for managing projects from planning through completion. This role ensures client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and provides project management support for several small to medium-sized projects or one large project under the guidance of senior project management.

What You’ll Do

• Project Planning & Organization
• Plan and organize projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with corporate policies.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including task assignments to Assistant Project Managers.
• Coordinate with onsite Foremen and Area Superintendents to ensure timely and budget-conscious project execution.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Establish initial client contact and assess project scope, schedule, and resource needs.
• Represent the company in project meetings under the guidance of a PM II or Senior Project Manager.
• Estimating & Budget Management
• Prepare complete project estimates, including detailed reviews of plans, specifications, and bid forms.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing, rental equipment, and income/expenses.
• Change Management
• Supervise and negotiate all project change orders and quotations.
• Investigate and resolve potentially serious issues within company guidelines.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervision.
• Review documentation prepared by Assistant Project Managers before submission.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Accubid and Oracle preferred

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, management, vendors, and clients
