Job summary

CLT Recruiters is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee high-end residential projects across Manhattan, NYC, guiding luxury homes and renovations from preconstruction through closeout.

You will develop and maintain schedules and budgets, coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and field teams, supervise subcontractors, conduct site visits, manage RFIs and change orders, and ensure adherence to NYC codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury residential electrical projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of NYC electrical codes and construction practices.
• Familiarity with project management software and MS Office.
• Electrical license preferred but not required for candidates with strong field experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Project Manager to oversee high-end residential projects throughout NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex luxury residential builds and renovations, with the ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining exceptional quality and client service standards.
