A 100% employee-owned electrical contractor with operations across eight states is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for their multifamily division. This role manages ground-up multifamily and residential construction projects supported by long-standing builder and GC relationships that generate consistent repeat work.

What You'll Do

• Manage electrical scopes on multifamily and residential ground-up construction projects
• Own project budgets, billings, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and GC coordination
• Oversee field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Conduct site inspections and attend weekly project meetings
• Utilize CMIC and Construct PM for all project management functions

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of electrical trade experience; multifamily or commercial background strongly preferred
• 3–5 years of PM experience with direct financial ownership of projects
• Proficient with digital project management platforms — not paper-based workflows
• Strong communicator comfortable working directly with GCs, builders, and owners
• Single-family-only backgrounds are difficult to transfer into this role
• Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience
