Job summary

The State Group in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for Delta Services to lead complex electrical projects for manufacturing and industrial clients. You will direct subcontractors, manage schedules and project execution, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

A 5+ year track record in electrical project management and a relevant degree are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience on industrial projects with a minimum of $2.5M.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience managing a wide range of project sizes, from service/maintenance to large turnkey projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong time management in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the team, customers, and environments served.
  • Embrace challenges and continuous improvement; deliver exceptional work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Project management and coordination of complex electrical projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

5+ years of electrical project management experience.

A bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the skilled trades, is preferred.

Experience with industrial projects with a minimum of $2.5 M.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred experience managing a wide range of project sizes, from service and maintenance to large-scale, turnkey projects.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills are important.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
