This on-site role includes reading specs, building cost estimates, negotiating vendors, managing change orders, and ensuring profitable project delivery with direct influence on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Electrical contracting background with deep NEC knowledge.
• Experience with estimating software; McCormick preferred.

We're a well-established, growth-focused electrical/infrastructure contractor looking for an Electrical Project Manager who thrives on running the full project lifecycle: estimating, value engineering, contract negotiation, job costing, and hands‑on field leadership.

This isn't a desk‑only role, you'll be out on‑site every week, working directly with crews, superintendents, and clients to keep projects moving and profitable.

What you’ll own:

• Reading and interpreting specs, blueprints, and contract documents
• Building accurate cost estimates and driving smart value‑engineering solutions
• Negotiating vendor pricing and managing change orders
• Owning job costing and financials (Foundation Accounting Software)
• Applying current NEC code knowledge to solve real field problems
• Serving as the go‑to connector between office, field, and client

What you bring:

• Strong electrical contracting background with deep NEC knowledge
• Estimating software experience (McCormick a strong plus)
• A track record of stability and long‑term commitment — we're looking for someone building a career here, not a resume line
