Job summary

Guarantee Electrical Company in Denver seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial and healthcare projects across the Western Region. This on-site role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and client relations to deliver complex $1M-$20M projects.

You will manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, and schedules, while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring safety and quality. Competitive salary with ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in project management.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects of increasing complexity.
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and client relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to build and lead effective project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams with clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Manage all project phases from conception through warranty with seamless transitions.
  • Implement integrated documentation systems that mitigate risk and enhance performance.
  • Review, negotiate and manage contracts with thorough risk identification and mitigation strategies.
