Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead commercial, light industrial, and institutional electrical construction projects.

You will oversee the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction with PM responsibilities and strong knowledge of drawings, specs, contracts, and change orders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience with project management responsibilities.
• Experience managing commercial, light industrial, and/or institutional electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, scheduling, and construction processes.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, labor management, procurement, billing, and change orders.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from turnover through completion and closeout.
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasting, schedules, procurement, billing, and project profitability.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, field leadership, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.

Electrical Project Manager (Atlanta, Georgia) Position Overview

The Electrical Project Manager (Atlanta, Georgia) will manage commercial, light industrial, and institutional electrical construction projects throughout the Atlanta market. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction and turnover through completion, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, procurement, field coordination, change management, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical construction background and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and profitably.
