Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects in Akron, OH. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and teams to deliver safe, high-quality results on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management within construction, a strong grasp of electrical systems and safety standards, plus excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in engineering/construction management or electrical field.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in construction.
  • Experience budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans including scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee installation of electrical utilities and ensure safety compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits for plans and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues or delays impacting timeline or budget.
