Job summary

Feyen Zylstra, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for our Charleston, SC office to lead large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. You will direct scope, schedule, budget, and risk management to ensure successful outcomes.

We seek a proven project leader with strong communication, strategic thinking, and safety-first mindset. Regional travel and a focus on delivering high-quality results are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management with experience managing multiple large projects; electrical construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Bluebeam, Accubid, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall direction, financial and risk management of large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.
• Facilitate project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources and budget into full-scale plans.
• Lead on-site and cross-functional coordination with stakeholders; ensure safety is prioritized.
• Measure progress and forecast outcomes; manage communications and risk mitigation.
