Job summary

10X Business Consulting in Charlotte seeks a Project Manager to lead projects from acquisition through completion, coordinating planning, execution and delivery while supporting marketing to win new clients and maintain partnerships. The PM also ensures financial integrity through billing and cost control to maximize profitability.

You will oversee safety, scheduling, vendor coordination, change orders, and project reporting; mentor staff, uphold quality, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years of construction trade experience, ideally in electrical trades.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software; licensure valued.
• Ability to manage complex project schedules and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: ensure all safety requirements and protocols are met.
• Operations & Customer Satisfaction: liaise with suppliers and manage schedules and lead times.
• Financial & Revenue Management: drive profitability; track labor hours and costs; support cash flow.
• Project & Asset Management: own projects; prepare estimates and change orders; manage milestones.
• Reporting & Compliance: provide accurate project data, schedules, and cost reports.
• Culture & Leadership: mentor staff and uphold quality standards.
