Job summary

Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction from preconstruction to closeout for a major data center project in the Phoenix area.

You will lead PMs, engineers, and field personnel, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience on large-scale electrical builds, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with data center, mission critical, commercial or industrial electrical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide direction to PMs, engineers, superintendents, and craft personnel.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and cash flow.
• Track progress against goals, schedules, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and subcontractors.
