Job summary

ICS Holding seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution of electrical systems installation.

You will lead engineers, technicians and subcontractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and timely delivery. Commensurate with experience; paid weekly; on-site in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
• Must pass drug test, background screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to align goals.
• Manage budgets, cost estimation, track expenses and enforce targets.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards; conduct quality audits.
• Lead project teams; assign tasks and resolve conflicts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor relations; ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular updates and closeout when completed.
