Job summary

Apex Technology is seeking a licensed Electrical Project Engineer (PE required) to lead technical delivery on high-impact residential and light commercial projects. You will mentor engineers, shape scopes, and define workflows from day one.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years of design experience, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, with strong knowledge of codes and construction techniques. On-site role with cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

PE license required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
5+ years of design experience.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit or equivalent software.
Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and codes.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact across Central Processing, Customer Service, and Production.
Own project delivery — manage teams, meet deadlines, solve problems, and drive account profitability.
Shape Scope of Work and pricing for new and existing projects.
Guide onboarding for new clients and projects, defining workflows and schedules from day one.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and construction documents.
Provide quality control and technical accuracy across construction documents.
Serve as technical consultant to clients and respond to RFIs and submittals during construction.
Mentor and develop Engineers and Designers on your team.
