IES Electrical is seeking a qualified Electrical Project Manager for the Norfolk, Nebraska area. The role focuses on supervising the total construction effort, ensuring compliance with design and schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License.
• 5 years project management experience in industrial/commercial electrical construction.
• Experience supervising craft workers.
• Knowledge of electrical construction methods including related technologies.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise total construction effort to ensure projects constructed per design and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions including scheduling and material control.
• Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, and recommend construction methods.
• Complete documentation for extra work and ensure issuance of change orders.
• Manage productivity of craft workers and efficient use of materials.
