Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, analytics, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships and co-ops count).
• Strong analytical aptitude is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Teams and Finance Team on monthly project financials, cost tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Maintain real-time cost tracking systems and deliver reliable data for project decisions.
• Drive precise, timely project reporting to leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Perform workforce and labor analytics to optimize crew productivity and labor cost control.
• Act as a liaison between field teams and corporate finance/accounting, translating realities into financial outcomes.
