Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction support for MEP systems.
• Ensure safety plan compliance and weekly safety audits.
• Understand and enforce contracts with Subcontractors and DPR.
• Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager in policy execution.
• Organize duties of engineers and project staff, provide direction.
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and actions for meetings.
• Monitor schedules and coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain document control: daily reports, submittals, as-builts, RFI logs.
• Distribute drawings and changes to affected parties.
• Ensure 100% hands-on knowledge of project scopes.
