Job summary

Kaiser Aluminum is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our Spokane Operations team. This onsite role supports project conception through commissioning, driving capacity, process, and reliability improvements across the facility.

The position requires an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of experience, with strong project management and control-system knowledge. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering (BSEE or BSET).
• Minimum of 5 years' electrical engineering experience.
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with electrical and control system design (schematics, single lines, P&ID).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to develop scope and requirements.
• Manage scope, resources, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare capital authorizations and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate installations and outages; track performance and cost.
