Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for low to moderate complexity electrical projects.
• Analyze electrical systems and develop designs, specs, and calculations.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Support budgeting, scheduling, and project progress tracking.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure designs meet code requirements and IMEG standards.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute to innovation.
