Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or by internships/co-ops count as relevant experience.
• Strong analytical aptitude and ability to interpret financial data.
• Ability to build relationships across field and office teams.
• Experience with construction accounting concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Teams and Finance Team on monthly project financials, including cost tracking and forecasting.
• Maintain real-time cost tracking systems to provide reliable data for decision making.
• Drive timely project reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform workforce and labor analytics to optimize productivity and costs.
• Support purchasing, procurement, subcontract management, and material buyout processes.
• Contribute to planning, scheduling projections, and budgeting for multi‑million-dollar scopes.
