Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering and related personnel functions.
• Plan procurement, design reviews, project controls, and work assignments.
• Ensure engineering activities meet contract and schedule requirements.
• Prepare vendor quotes for material, equipment, and specialty items.
• Track material deliveries and budgets.
• Interface with departments on budgeting, staffing and scheduling.
• Review engineering plans and vendor submittals.
• Monitor crew assignments to meet productivity goals.
• Conduct field walks and spot checks of work performed.
• Ensure compliance with county, state and OSHA regulations.
