Job summary

Weitz is seeking a Project Engineer for EPI Power, LLC to support data center construction projects. You will review drawings, coordinate with VDC and procurement, and help manage schedules and budgets on fast-track builds.

This role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a responsive mindset, and ability to travel. You will collaborate across Engineering, VDC, Procurement, and Field teams, ensuring compliance with drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role, internship or coursework in engineering.
• Engineering degree is a plus and LEAN knowledge is desirable.
• Familiarity with NEC code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, specs and project scope.
• Coordinate with VDC team and review BIM/shop drawings.
• Assist with submittals and tracking.
• Support procurement and material tracking.
• Participate in coordination and project meetings.
• Maintain engineering logs and documentation.
• Issue and track RFIs and MTOs.
• Support project closeout and as-built deliverables.
