Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with applied electrical experience through an apprenticeship, college, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read construction documents, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong teamwork and professional communication with internal and external clients and field teams.
• Experience coordinating with project management and field teams on electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating technical project requirements by reviewing plans, RFIs, submittals, and field change documents; resolving routine technical issues; and ensuring current information is available to the field in Procore.
• Supporting project schedules and planning by participating in plan development, updating schedules, monitoring progress, and communicating risks to the project team.
• Developing and coordinating project changes by independently pricing and scoping change requests for PM approval and working with field, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Tracking project costs and production by understanding budgets, cost coding, reviewing production plans and earned hours for accuracy and trends.
• Connecting project information with field execution by walking jobsites, verifying progress drawings, coordinating discrepancies with Foremen and Superintendents, and tracking materials.
• Additional duties include closeout documentation, O&M documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors and material resources.
