Job summary

Apex M&E Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Project Engineer or Project Manager to own electrical and M&E projects from contract award through procurement, installation and commissioning to final handover.

You will engage with clients, design teams and site delivery across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and retail sectors, driving project ownership and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of electrical/building services project delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of LV systems, drawings and specifications.
• SMSTS/SSSTS and UK safety compliance awareness welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Set project programmes, procurement schedules and labour plans.
• Review drawings, manage submittals and RFIs.
• Oversee subcontractors and site activities to maintain quality and progress.
• Coordinate LV distribution, lighting, controls and alarms.
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
