This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership with project execution and wants to play a significant role in building and developing an in-house engineering capability within an established organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams across EPC power generation projects
  • Managing engineering scope, budgets, schedules and change management
  • Acting as the primary engineering interface with clients throughout project delivery
  • Coordinating engineering deliverables with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
  • Providing technical oversight of third-party engineering partners while developing internal engineering capability
  • Driving engineering standards, quality processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentoring engineers and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Supporting project planning, risk management and technical decision making

From a profile perspective, we're interested in speaking with individuals who have:

  • Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline
