Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Electrical industry experience strongly preferred to support I&E project needs.
• Ability to gather and distribute critical project information to team members for field-office communication.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and understanding survey stakes, cut and fills, and offsets.
• Knowledge of specialized equipment such as Stringless/GPS Curb Machines; heavy equipment operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Project Director in overall performance of assigned operations.
• Lead with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.
• Convey critical project information between field and office to ensure seamless communication.
• Support I&E division activities and contribute to project planning and execution.
