Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to manage complex design projects involving medium and low voltage electrical systems, power generation and distribution. The role focuses on delivering thorough engineering drawings and robust documentation from initial concept through completion.

The candidate should have a BSEE, 5+ years of electrical design experience, and proficiency in BIM tools like Revit and AutoCAD, with solid office software skills and field documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college.
• EIT or EI certification; Licensed PE preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and distribution.
• Strong technical design and engineering ability.
• Experience with drawing development and organization.
• Experience with field work and documentation of engineering parameters.
• Strong work ethic and solid organizational skills.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit for BIM.
• Familiar with AutoCAD 2014.
• Working knowledge of SKM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex design projects involving medium and low voltage electrical systems.
• Oversee power generation and power distribution design.
• Collaborate with project teams in South Carolina offices.
• Produce and organize engineering drawings and documentation.
