Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. seeks an Electrical Project Engineer to lead complex design projects across Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville. You will manage medium and low voltage electrical systems, power generation, and distribution, coordinating drawings, docs, and field verification.

The ideal candidate holds a BSEE with 5+ years in electrical design, EIT/EI certification, and strong BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD skills. A PE is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• EIT or EI certification; PE is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical design and distribution.
• Strong technical design and engineering ability.
• Experience with drawing development and organization; field documentation.
• Proficiency with BIM software (Revit) and familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Office software proficiency and good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex design projects involving medium and low voltage electrical systems.
• Oversee power generation and power distribution design and integration.
• Coordinate drawings, documentation, and field verification activities.
