StarkTech is seeking a Project Engineer – Electrical (PE) to lead electrical design, analysis, and integration for building projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable electrical solutions that meet project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in mechanical building systems or energy‑related projects.
• Professional certifications in engineering are preferred.
• Proven experience in project leadership and team management.
• Proven expertise in HVAC systems, load calculations, and central plant design.
• Experience with sequences of operation and building automation system (BAS) integration.
• Familiarity with system retrofits, upgrades, and performance analysis.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry‑relevant design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review comprehensive electrical design documents and specifications.
• Oversee system integration for power distribution, emergency power, lighting, low‑voltage, HVAC, and BAS.
• Analyze system performance, reliability, and cost for sustainable solutions.
• Conduct load calculations and design central plant systems for building projects.
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, controls, and architectural teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross‑functional project teams.
• Engage with clients to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
• Utilize industry design software for documentation and analysis.
