We can ONLY consider yourapplication if you have:
1: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
2: Professional Engineer License
3: Must successfully complete and pass Motor Vehicle screening
4: 5-10 years' experience related to electrical power distribution, powergeneration, motor controls, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm design,telecommunications network design, or security systems design.
5: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
6: Working knowledge of Autodesk's CADD and Autodesk's Revit
7: Proficient in discipline specific design software
8: Strong Written and communication skills
9: Understanding and application of NEC, IBC, and NFPA codes for completingelectrical design work.
10: Work is performed within a general office environment 90% of the time. Workis generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing andwalking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous orunpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the officeenvironment.
11: Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside inheat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) maybe required as needed.
12: Regional travel (generally within 90 miles) will occasionally be requiredfor meeting attendance, field survey, and construction verification activities.

Working with senior engineering staff from the initial conceptual electricaldesign to construction and commissioning of large and small facilities typeprojects.
The Electrical Engineer will have the opportunity work with a diverse andexperienced staff in resolving a variety of complex problems, (i.e. conflictingdesign requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficultcoordination requirements) while benefitting from a solid quality controlprocess.

Typical work assignments center around facilities engineering and designprojects of varying sizes within the educational, public works,water/wastewater, transportation, transit, health care and aviation industries.
We are seeking candidates with a wide range of design and engineeringexperience with building electrical systems including lighting systems, powerand emergency power distribution systems; fire alarm systems; security; CCTVand access control; and communication systems.

DESIRED (not required) SKILLS:
