Facilities Maintenance Management seeks a motivated Electrical Project Coordinator to support a commercial electrical project in New Mexico, coordinating activities, timelines, and resources while communicating with clients and teams.

This role includes housing, per diem, and standard company benefits; successful completion of the project (2+ years) could lead to opportunities in other areas. 3-5 years of coordination experience and electrical field expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in the electrical field is required.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, defining project scope and objectives, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Monitor and manage project timelines and schedules
• Manage project budgets
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Serve as point of communication between project teams, external partners, and clients, providing updates on project status
• Track project progress and performance, create detailed status reports, and highlight potential risks
• Document and submit change orders
