Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM) seeks an Electrical Project Coordinator to support electrical project managers on a commercial project in Crystal, New Mexico. You will coordinate activities, manage timelines and resources, and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of project coordination in the electrical field, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

• 3-5 years of project coordination experience
• Experience in the electrical field is required

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, defining project scope and objectives, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Monitor and manage project timelines and schedules
• Manage project budgets
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Serve as point of communication between project teams, external partners, and clients, providing updates on project status
• Track project progress and performance, create detailed status reports, and highlight potential risks
• Document and submit change orders
