  • Partner with suppliers and Manufacturing Engineering Vehicle Systems (MEVS) teams to develop, implement, and optimize in‑process electrical testing systems, establish project timelines, and support product readiness objectives.

  • Lead validation activities for electrical testing equipment within GM manufacturing facilities and supporting supplier locations to ensure proper functionality, process compliance, and vehicle assembly quality.

  • Manage and support the Electrical 5F Tracking process for in‑plant tester stations, utilizing data analysis to improve tester performance, increase pass rates, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to supplier facilities regarding tester performance, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvements.

  • Monitor launch metrics, electrical test results, and quality performance indicators to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support successful program execution.

  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement while building strong partnerships across cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
