Job summary

ARTAZN® is seeking a skilled Technician to maintain electrical and electronic control systems and support production equipment uptime. The role includes learning new equipment with maintenance electricians, overseeing spare parts, and rotating on-call weekends.

You will identify new electronic systems in the market and manage installation and startup, while assisting engineering for data exchange and system operation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics technology.
• Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drive systems, and process control instrumentation.
• 3–5 years in heavy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains hardware and software for electrical and electronic control systems to optimize up-time and provide troubleshooting.
• Assists maintenance electricians to learn new equipment and establish spare parts and materials.
• On-call for rotating weekends (shared among technical personnel).
• Identifies new electronic systems in the marketplace, recommends purchases, and oversees installation and startup.
• Provides support to engineering to ensure data exchange and proper operation of the system.
