Job summary

PARIC in St. Louis is seeking an Electrical Preconstruction Manager to lead the electrical preconstruction process from estimating to operations turnover. This position requires strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical estimating, preconstruction, or construction operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Experience developing conceptual and detailed estimates across multiple phases of design.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical estimating and preconstruction efforts through all phases of design development.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP electrical estimates.
• Evaluate project documents to identify risks and value engineering opportunities.
