• Knowledge of NEC and UL standards to ensure compliant designs.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and electrical requirements at project start.
• Prepare detailed electrical schematics, single line diagrams, and network drawings.
• Finalize electrical bills of materials.
• Participate in internal design reviews and cross-functional reviews.
• Collaborate with mechanical and automation teams to resolve issues and meet timelines.
• Support release of finalized designs for manufacturing and BOM handoff to production.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing to resolve design issues.
• Develop new design practices to improve department performance.
• Develop control wiring for transfer controllers and power quality systems.
• Create test scripts to validate control schemes.
• Contribute to project closeout documentation.
