Job summary

States Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Project Manager with Industry Technical Expertise to lead projects from planning through shipment. The ideal candidate will coordinate with sales, engineering and production and deliver excellent customer service in the electrical power distribution sector.

This full-time role requires ERP and MS Office proficiency, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage documentation, schedules and vendor correspondence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment preferred.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to pass background and drug test; teamwork and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and coordinate projects with sales, engineering and production.
• Verify project specifications and sales orders; interface with customers for changes.
• Conduct project reviews and follow-up meetings to document progress and coordinate testing/delivery.
• Document purchased parts and manage vendor communication on lead times and delays.
• Oversee factory and quality inspections and internal/customer testing.
• Improve project flow and standardize products and parts produced.
