Job summary

HDR is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to deliver Electrical and SCADA upgrades for Heavy Movable Structures, Tunnels and transportation facilities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in delivering multi-disciplinary projects from planning through commissioning in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
• Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout project's development.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
• Coordinate workload through project development and ensure documents are on schedule.
• Track financial aspects and coordinate with team to meet schedule.
• Work with management for project reviews and with HDR leadership as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
