Job summary

Amteck seeks a Preventive Maintenance Project Manager for the Dyersburg area to lead electrical maintenance programs and service projects from planning through completion. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate outages, and ensure safety and compliance with NFPA 70B/70E and OSHA standards.

Reporting to the Director of Preventive Maintenance & Customer Success, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or related field.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, service projects, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, OSHA requirements and electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, and related projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact and communicate status, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships for recurring maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate outages, maintenance events, and field personnel.
• Lead planning: scope, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, reporting, and resource allocation.
