Job summary

Amteck is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Project Manager to lead electrical PM programs across multiple sites. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and customer communications to ensure reliable equipment and safe operations.

The role requires strong leadership, industrial electrical knowledge, and a track record in preventive maintenance. Travel to project locations and outages is expected, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or related field.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, service projects, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, OSHA requirements.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, processing, utility, or commercial facilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to customer locations.
• Current valid driver's license and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of preventive maintenance programs and service projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact and communicate project status, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop long-term customer partnerships and recurring maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate outages, inspections, shutdowns, and maintenance events.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Review facilities and maintenance data to improve equipment reliability and reduce risk.
• Mentor Maintenance Leads, Technicians, and Project Coordinators.
• Ensure safety and compliance with NFPA 70B/70E and OSHA requirements.
