Central Mechanical Construction Co. Inc is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion.

The role requires strong construction management background, time management skills, and mastery of electrical systems and codes. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical construction projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical codes as applied to construction.
• Proven track record in contract negotiations and managing budgets.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams, coach, and mentor staff.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical project development and delivery.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate execution.
• Oversee site activities ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align schedules and resources.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; conduct construction estimating.
• Ensure adherence to NEC and industry standards.
• Present forecasts and take corrective actions to maintain quality and profitability.
• Implement design strategies meeting client requirements and codes.
