Job summary

Teknor Apex is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician in North Carolina to install, test and repair electrical equipment and instrumentation. You will follow NEC guidelines, read schematics, calibrate instruments and document work orders to keep production lines running smoothly.

The role requires an associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years in related work and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times per shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Test and service electrical circuits and equipment following NEC guidelines.
• Install and repair instrumentation, controls, motors and drives.
• Calibrate instrumentation and maintain accurate work orders.
• Read schematics and wire control cabinets from drawings.
• Operate forklifts and maintain plant housekeeping.
