Job summary

Kaiser Aluminum Warrick is seeking an Electrical Planner to support electrical work planning, scheduling, and backlog management on site. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and maintenance to ensure timely availability of parts, tools, and people for efficient work execution.

The role emphasizes safety, data accuracy, and cost-conscious planning within CMMS, with opportunities for professional growth and relocation support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience with some technical education beyond high school.
• Electrical planning experience within CMMS; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule electrical work daily, weekly and shutdowns; track performance and maintain records.
• Receive all electrical requests except emergencies.
• Directs project or construction work orders to appropriate planner or engineer.
• Consult with engineering as needed.
• Obtain drawings, specifications and procedures as needed.
• Estimate costs for work orders.
• Maintain backlog file and prioritize scheduling.
• Chair weekly scheduling meeting with operations.
• Produce weekly schedule and distribute to operations.
