Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt LLP seeks a Junior Associate to join its Electrical Patent Prosecution Practice Group in Alexandria, VA. This on-site role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission.
- Licensed to practice in a state bar and before the USPTO.
- Strong academic record with superior writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare replies to office actions and amendments.
- Lead invention and disclosure meetings with clients.
- Prepare new patent applications and design applications.
- Study patents and prosecution history for opinions of non-infringement or invalidity.
- Support technology licensing agreements and related transactions.
- Support litigation, administrative reviews, petitions and appeals.
